GSM /GPRS/BLUETOOTH SIM800

ماژول SIM800 یک ماژول GSM /GPRS/BLUETOOTH می باشد . این ماژول از چهار باند GSM 850 MHZ ، EGSM 900MHZ ، DCS 1800 MHZ و PCS 1900MHZ پشتیبانی می کند .

ولتاژ کاری ماژول ۳٫۴ تا ۴٫۴ ولت وحداکثر جریان مصرفی ۲A می باشد.

این ماژول علاوه بر امکانات GSM و GPRS دارای امکانات Bluetooth نیز می باشد که دارای یک پین مجزا برای انتن Bluetooth نیز می باشد

SIM800 has 68 SMT pads , and provides all hardware interfaces between the module and customers’board

Support up to 5*5*2 keypads-
– One full function UART port , and can be configured to two independent serial ports
One USB port can be used as debugging and firmware upgrading-
– Audio channels which include a microphone input a receiver output
Programmable general purpose input and output-
– One SIM card interface .
-Support Bluetooth function
-support one PWM
-PCM/SPI/SD card interface .only one function can be accessed synchronously .(default function is PCM)
این ماژول شامل ارتباط I2C با مشخصات زیر می باشد :

– Adjustable clock speed for LS/FS mode operation

– Support slave clock extension
– START /STOP/ REPEATED condition
– Manual transfer mode

SIM800 is designed with power saving technique so that the current consumption is as low as 1.0mA is sleep mode
SIM800 integrates TCP/IP protocol and extended TCP/IP AT command which are very useful for data transfer application.

Difference between sim800 and sim900 GSM modules
SIM800 modules are upgraded version of its previous successful GSM/GPRS/GPRS
module series SIM900.
SIM900 comes in the form of full version Quad band SIM900 & dual band version SIM900A, SIM900D
SIM800 comes in the form of full version Quad band SIM800 & stripped down compact size version SIM800C.
